  4. The greatest distance walked by a person continuously balancing a milk bottle on the head is 80.96 miles. It took 23 hours 25 minutes to complete the walk.
  5. The greatest recorded amount raised by a charity walk or run is £9.1 million, achieved by a Canadian with an artificial leg. He ran from St John's in Newfoundland, to Thunder Bay in Ontario, in 143 days and covered 3,339 miles.
