INGREDIENTS:
150g butter
150g light soft brown sugar
4 tbsp clear honey
350g porridge oats (not instant oats)
50g dried blueberries
50g sultanas
50g sunflower seeds
2 small ripe bananas, peeled and mashed with a fork

- Preheat the oven to 190°C / 170°C Fan/ Gas Mark 5. Line a 22cm shallow square tin with baking paper. Put the butter, brown sugar and honey in a saucepan and stir over a gentle heat until the butter has melted - don't allow the mixture to boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in the oats, blueberries, sultanas and sunflower seeds, then add the banana. Turn into the tin and level the top. Bake for about 25 minutes.
- Mark into 12 pieces while warm and then leave in the tin to cool.
