At Totally Active we want you to be delighted with every purchase you make. In the event that you are not, and you wish to return a product (excluding foodstuffs such as vitamins and supplements), you may do so within 30 days of the despatch date, as long as the item is unused, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
Reasons for Return
- Unwanted - If the product is in a re-saleable condition, we will refund the full purchase price of the product, excluding the cost of postage. If we believe that the product has been used or if it has been opened or if the packaging has been tampered with, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
- Incorrect - If the product we have sent is incorrect, we will tell you how to return it and we will replace it free of charge as soon as possible.
- Damaged - If the product is damaged, we will tell you how to return it and we will replace it free of charge as soon as possible.
We will arrange a refund within 2 weeks once we have received the product(s). The refund will be credited to the payment card account.
