I am writing to say a huge thank you for the help and expertise that you gave to me recently when I approached Totally Active for a product that you sourced for me!

Just over a year ago, I had an accident at home which meant that I fractured my back, after spending time in hospital, I went back to work however, I found it increasingly difficult to sit for a prolonged period of time. After approaching yourself and your staff at Totally Active, we decided that a Coccyx Cushion could be the answer to my prayers, and my image how pleased I was when I discovered that you were correct!

You then took on the task of sourcing the correct item for me, it arrived within the timescale that you set (which was a modest 2 days), the cushion arrived, and it is a fantastic product!  I can now sit at my desk for a longer period of time, I also use it for long duties within the car!
