Quick Set Up Guide for the Mobile Circulation Booster

1. Remove the battery packaging and replace it in the correct position.
2. Select the silver lead that is most appropriate for your height (the lead with the gold band being the longer of the two).
3. Pull apart from the bottom to separate the two leads.
4. Put the electrode jack into either of the two ports on top of the device.
5. Moisturise your feet thoroughly and place the sock applicators on both your bare feet.
6. Connect the other end of the lead to each of the connection poppers on the socks.
7. Press ON/+ and P1 will appear on the screen.
8. Set the intensity at a comfortable level by pressing the ON/+ button repeatedly (up to a maximum of 15).
