INGREDIENTS:
227g bunch asparagus spears
Little olive oil
1 ciabatta loaf
210g jar hollandaise sauce
2 x 60g packs Parma ham

  1. Preheat the grill. Blend the asparagus until it snaps and discard the tough ends. Brush with olive oil and grill until just tender.
  2. Cut the ciabatta in half, then split each piece in two and toast. While the bread is toasting, heat the hollandaise sauce until warm but not boiling.
  3. Divide the ham between the pieces of ciabatta and top with the asparagus spears. Season with black pepper. Spoon on the sauce and serve.
