INGREDIENTS:
227g bunch asparagus spears
Little olive oil
1 ciabatta loaf
210g jar hollandaise sauce
2 x 60g packs Parma ham
|
- Preheat the grill. Blend the asparagus until it snaps and discard the tough ends. Brush with olive oil and grill until just tender.
- Cut the ciabatta in half, then split each piece in two and toast. While the bread is toasting, heat the hollandaise sauce until warm but not boiling.
- Divide the ham between the pieces of ciabatta and top with the asparagus spears. Season with black pepper. Spoon on the sauce and serve.
