INGREDIENTS:
3 tbsp olive oil
1 sachet of Mexican seasoning
4 chicken breast fillets
3 mixed peppers, deseeded
1 red onion
2 limes, cut in wedges
8 Tortillas
170g guacamole
200g Salsa

- Mix the oil with the seasoning. Cut the chicken, peppers and onion into equal sized pieces and coat in the marinade. Leave for at least an hour, turning occasionally. Soak 4 wooden skewers in cold water.
- Thread the chicken, vegetables and lime onto the skewers and barbeque, turning occasionally, for 10-12 minutes, until the chicken is cooked.
- Heat the tortillas on the barbeque for a minute, then spread with the guacamole and salsa and divide the chicken and vegetables between the wraps. Roll up and serve.
