INGREDIENTS:
450g raw tuna steaks
50g fresh breadcrumbs
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp Thai fish sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
4 burger buns
Salad leaves and sliced tomato to serve

- Finely chop the tuna, using a food processor if possible, and working in small batches. Mix together the breadcrumbs, sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, Thai fish sauce and ketchup. Season with pepper.
- Shape the mixture into four equal size burgers.
- Barbeque for five minutes on each side and serve in buns with salad.
