INGREDIENTS:
450g raw tuna steaks
50g fresh breadcrumbs
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp Thai fish sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
4 burger buns
Salad leaves and sliced tomato to serve

  1. Finely chop the tuna, using a food processor if possible, and working in small batches. Mix together the breadcrumbs, sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, Thai fish sauce and ketchup. Season with pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into four equal size burgers.
  3. Barbeque for five minutes on each side and serve in buns with salad.
