INGREDIENTS:
250g Lean Minced Steak
1 tsp steak seasoning
75g Gouda Cheese
2 pitta breads
Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
Sliced Cucumber
4 tbsp tomato ketchup

  1. Mix the mince with the steak seasoning and shape into 8 oval-shaped meatballs. Thread on soaked skewers and barbeque for about four minutes on each side.
  2. Cut the cheese into 12 small cubes. Sprinkle the pittas with a few drops of water and barbeque for a few seconds to warm them through. Cut in half and open to make pockets.
  3. Put 2 meatballs in each with some cheese, lettuce, cucumber and tomato ketchup.
