Can I be sure that my credit/debit card details will be kept secure?

We do not ask for sensitive information such as credit card numbers online. All payment processing is carried out for us by a company called Protx, who supply us with a secure server for our online payment service, which is secured by encryption methods. Using this site is extremely safe, with all credit card and personal details being encrypted.

How will I know you have received my order?

Once you have submitted your order, we will automatically send you a confirmation email containing your order reference number.

Placing Your Order

Incorrect personal details may lead to delays in delivery, so please ensure you have provided the full address details, including the correct postcode, of the recipient, as well as an email address so we can notify you in the event of any delivery problems.

You will have the opportunity to review your order before final confirmation. As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive an email from us, informing you that your order has been received and is being processed.

On some occasions, we may be unable to process an order. The reasons for this may be due to:

i.   The item being out of stock or no longer available; or
ii.  Your payment being declined; or
iii.  An unspecified technical error.

If you are sure you are using a valid card, please try again with the same credit/debit card or please place another order on our website, using a different credit/debit card.

These steps create a legally binding contract between you and Totally Active. Order acceptance and completion of the contract will occur once the goods are received by you.

Pricing

We try to ensure that all pricing on the site is accurate, but occasionally an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced. If we discover that a pricing error has been made, we reserve the right to suspend your order and contact you to ask whether you wish continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

What happens if I add an item to my shopping cart, but later change my mind?

Don't worry, it's easily resolved! Go into "Show Cart" where you will find a "Remove" button. Click on this and the product will be deleted.
