No. We are an ethical and reputable company and do not believe in hidden charges. We have developed this website to provide our customers with as much information as possible to allow them to make the correct decision and choose the products they need.

Delivery Information

Delivery of all products is within the UK mainland only. In an order containing multiple product types, each product may be despatched separately and therefore delivery of all products cannot be guaranteed on the same day even where an order requests several different products to be sent to the same address.

Delivery of Goods - Signature Required

If the recipient is in, our carrier will always ask for a signature. If no-one is at home, the carrier will attempt to leave the delivery with a neighbour. The carrier will leave a card with details of where the delivery is or how a new delivery may be arranged.

Totally Active takes no responsibility for loss, damage or theft of any goods once they have been signed for. Any discrepancy between the quantity ordered and the quantity delivered, including non-delivery, must be reported to Totally Active within 24 hours of receipt.

Delivery Policy

How soon can I expect delivery?

Delivery is currently free of charge on all items sold on the site. Provided your order is placed by 3pm, and your order is over £25, it will be sent by Special Delivery (available Monday-Thursday, except Bank Holidays), and delivered to you by 1pm the next working day.

If your order is under £25, it will be sent by Recorded Delivery, first class, and will be delivered to you within the following 1-3 working days. If a product is not currently in stock, the product availability times will be shown clearly on the product pages.

Delivery of all products is within the UK mainland only. In an order containing multiple product types, each product may be despatched separately and therefore delivery of all products cannot be guaranteed on the same day even where an order requests several different products to be sent to the same address.

Orders weighing over 2kg will be sent by Transplus, our chosen courier service. Delivery will be the following day (including Saturday), provided your order is placed with us by 3pm.

Delivery of Goods - Signature Required

Delivery Guarantees

We will make every effort to deliver your goods by the following day (provided your order is placed by 3pm). However, we rely on the Royal Mail and Transplus services, and cannot guarantee they will meet deadlines.

We cannot guarantee next day delivery to the following postcodes due to Royal Mail delivery guarantee exemptions:

Provided your order is placed by 3pm, your order will be delivered to you the next day by 1pm. If a product is not currently in stock, the product availability times will be shown clearly on the product pages.

What is your Returns Policy?

At Totally Active we want you to be delighted with every purchase you make. In the event that you are not, and you wish to return a product (excluding foodstuffs such as vitamins and supplements), you may do so within 30 days of the despatch date, as long as the item is unused, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.  

Reasons for Return
 

  • Unwanted - If the product is in a re-saleable condition, we will refund the full purchase price of the product, excluding the cost of postage. If we believe that the product has been used or if it has been opened or if the packaging has been tampered with, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. 
  • Incorrect - If the product we have sent is incorrect, we will tell you how to return it and we will replace it free of charge as soon as possible. 
  • Damaged - If the product is damaged, we will tell you how to return it and we will replace it free of charge as soon as possible.

 

We will arrange a refund within 2 weeks once we have received the product(s). The refund will be credited to the payment card account.
