Do I have to pay VAT?
If you need to use a mobility product then you are usually exempt from paying VAT. If you place an order with us, we require you to complete a VAT Exemption form during the purchase process, giving details of the reasons why you qualify for exemption. Once you have completed the form, the VAT will be deducted from any products in your shopping cart that are eligible.
However, we do recommend that you check the HM Revenue & Customs website for further details and clarification.
